French Dip Sandwiches
This is the second recipe of the Rump Roast that I made. It saves so much money to make your own meat than to buy it at the deli. It cost almost $10 to buy ONE POUND! The key is to slice the meat very thin for these sandwiches. These are very easy to make and the pictures below will show you each easy step.
Ingredients
Hogi Roles
Sliced Rump Roast (click for recipe)
Mozzarella Cheese
Butter or Butter Spray
Directions
Open up the hogi rolls and spread or spray butter on them. I put them under the broiler until they slightly browned then take them out. Pile on the (thinly) sliced roast and big slices of cheese then put back under the broiler until cheese melts. Take the top piece of the hogi roll and dip in the reserved juice, put on top and serve. Serve with a small side of the juice for dipping.
Thanks for stopping by!
