Hand and Body Lotion with Essential Oils
This is my new favorite thing. I think it is brilliant to offer this and I wish I had know about it years ago. I recently decided to try Spark Naturals E-Spa Unscented Hand and Body Lotion and I am now addicted to it! It is brilliant, you squirt the lotion into your hands and then YOU DECIDE which Essential Oil you want to use that day! So very smart!
I shared this with my girls and they love it too! You skin is so soft after using the lotion.
Instead of having 20 different smelling lotions sitting around, this is great way to customize one bottle each day to use whatever your body needs. These are a few of my favorites.
This is a wonderful way to get Jeddy's Blend on a child or yourself as one more great way to use Jeddy's Blend for ADHD, ADD, Anxiety and more.
Peppermint
This is a great way to cool down when you are hot, add a drop of peppermint to your lotion and apply all over but stay away from the eyes.
Lavender
Apply Lavender after a nice long bath or shower before bed. You will sleep like a baby.
Zen
Apply a drop of Zen for grounding and calming. I love the smell of this! Use a foot massage.
Wild Orange
A wonderful citrus smell to uplift your mood and give you a boost.
Geranium
Geranium is wonderful for the skin and smells so good.
One Squirt of Lotion and One Drop of EO - That's it!
Let your mood decide which oil you need. The fun part is trying different oils to see which ones are your favorite.

This would be a wonderful gift for someone. Give them a bottle of E-Spa Unscented Oil and a bottle of Essential Oil. Hmmmm, might be a great Christmas present! Would also be great for a new mom and baby. I would use Lavender for that.
