 Macaroni and Beef with Cheese

 Tell me one kids that wouldn't like this gooey mess! I know my kids would. This recipe has all the makings of greatness in my house. The gooier the better it is. I ran across this recipe today Michael Ruhlman. I had never seen his site before but I am a NEW FAN! I love it. Not to mention he is a handsome thing! Don't worry dear husband, I love you!

Michael talks about the childhood love of this dish and how many of us had something similar to it growing up. I would love to hear your comments if you grew up with something like this. My mother still makes something called "Goulash" that I will always remember. Funny how certain recipes will always bring back such wonderful memories and pass on from Generation to Generation.
