Pumpkin and Cheese Spice Cake
Can you believe we are already towards the end of August and school is getting close to starting? Where did the Summer go? This morning I went to let me dog out and you can already feel that cold in the air and it is a little bit darker. Although a part of me is excited for Fall, the other part of me is dreading winter here in Wyoming. I will stick with one day at a time and enjoy each day as it changes.

I saw this recipe on An Edible Mosaic and thought it was a great way to get excited about Fall. Such wonderful pictures and presentation from her blog. One of the comments said to use a little more sugar so the cheese batter on top is sweeter. I would definitely want it sweeter.
